Allcomp Polska Sp. z o.o. is a mid-sized Polish company specializing in the production of automatic CNC fabric cutting machines. The company serves a variety of industries, including apparel, furniture, automotive, defense, and healthcare. Allcomp operates both domestically and internationally, exporting its products to countries such as Turkey, China, Estonia, Portugal, and Romania.
At the start of the project, the company employed 116 people. The two-year initiative involved the implementation of the TRIZ methodology and the facilitation of ten concurrent R&D projects. These projects focused primarily on product improvement and process optimization – covering both manufacturing and after-sales service.
